3. Sharing Your Information
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to provide personal information, including your email address or Telegram account, and for VisaAlert Pro, additional personal and account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 The Service operates on a 30-day subscription basis without automatic renewal.
4.2 Payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring secure transactions with industry-standard encryption.
4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment and subscription renewal to avoid service interruption.
5. Use of Service
5.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
5.2 You agree not to misuse the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
5.3 Any unauthorized use of the Service may result in termination of your subscription and legal action.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 VisaAlert does not guarantee that the Service will secure appointments on the requested date 100% of the time due to various factors outside of our control.
6.2 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Use.
