This information is not retained or misused in any way and will be purged automatically once the service is completed or cancelled, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.

We can't access your financial data directly. We entrust Stripe, a widely respected and secure online payment processing service, ensuring that all transactions are protected with industry-standard encryption and security measures. This approach provides an extra layer of privacy and security, allowing you to transact with confidence, knowing your financial information remains private and protected.

Currently, VisaAlert's detection interval is less than 10 seconds for most countries, we ensure that VisaAlert works around the clock and will log into your account instantly to book an appointment as soon as available slots are detected. However, we can't guarantee that VisaAlert will secure appointments on the requested date 100% of the time, as this can be influenced by many factors, for example, whether the official website releases any availabilities, or, during peak seasons, in some countries, availabilities can be booked within seconds, even while VisaAlert is signing in your account.

Refunds are not available once the service has started. However, users can discontinue the service at any point within the 30-day period. While immediate notifications for available appointments are offered, we cannot guarantee appointments at specific times, as availability depends on each country's website. For VisaAlert Pro users, the preferred appointment date range can be adjusted at anytime during the service. Once an appointment is successfully booked for any chosen country, the auto-grab service will be halted.
